Rozbasket is a next-morning grocery delivery service for gated communities and businesses in Hyderabad that buys its produce fresh each dawn against orders already confirmed. You send your list the night before, we buy it at the mandi at 4 AM, and it reaches your society gate between 7–10 AM — roughly 3–6 hours from crate to gate, with nothing held in a warehouse in between. Because a whole society's orders are packed and delivered as one batch, the delivery cost per order is a fraction of what 10-minute delivery costs, and that saving goes into the price you pay.

The difference is where the food waits: quick commerce stores it, Rozbasket does not. A ten-minute promise requires a dark store near you already holding produce bought against a forecast, which typically sits on that shelf for one to three days before somebody orders it. We buy nothing until your order is confirmed, so your vegetables are chosen at the mandi that same morning and reach you about 3–6 hours later. If you need something urgently right now, use quick commerce — that is what it is genuinely good at. If you know tonight what you need tomorrow, we are fresher and more affordable.

Your produce is bought the same morning it reaches you, usually about 3–6 hours before it arrives at your gate. We are at the Hyderabad mandi from 4 AM buying against orders that closed at 11:00 PM the previous night, so we purchase only what is already sold and store nothing. There is no warehouse and no dark store in the chain — the crate goes from the mandi to the sorting hub to your society drop point the same morning. If anything arrives below standard, send a photo on WhatsApp and it is refunded or replaced on the next morning's delivery.

Order by 11:00 PM for delivery the next morning between 7–10 AM, or at a time you choose — tell us the time when you order. Anything placed after the cut-off automatically moves to the following morning. We hold the cut-off firm because we buy at the mandi at 4 AM against confirmed orders only — that is what keeps wastage, and therefore prices, low.

No — there is no Rozbasket app to download. Rozbasket runs entirely on WhatsApp — scan the QR code at your society gate, or tap any "Order on WhatsApp" button on this site, and you're ordering in one message. You can send a list, a voice note, or just say "same as last Sunday." There is no app to install, no account to create and no password to remember.

Yes — you can order in Hindi, Telugu or English, typed or as a voice note, and mix them freely in one message. A message like "kal subah 2 litre doodh, 12 ande aur thoda taaza tomato bhej dena" or "రేపు ఉదయం పాలు, గుడ్లు పంపండి" is understood correctly, priced, and sent back to you as a confirmation you approve before anything is charged. Our delivery staff and account managers speak all three.

Yes — home orders on Rozbasket have a minimum of ₹699, and every order that meets it is delivered free. A morning delivery only works as a basket rather than a single item, so most households order fruit, vegetables, milk, eggs and curd together, usually ₹700 to ₹1,000; below ₹699, add a few essentials to your basket to make the delivery worthwhile. Every basket on the site can be changed item by item before you place it. Businesses order in bulk on a quoted standing order, so the household minimum does not apply to them.

We exploit density instead of speed. A quick-commerce order is one rider, one trip, one customer; our morning route is one vehicle serving an entire society, where 80 orders share a single trip to a single gate. That collapses the delivery cost per order, and knowing every order the night before means we buy exactly what was sold — so we carry almost no wastage on perishables. Those two savings are the entire pricing advantage.

Rozbasket currently runs morning routes across West Hyderabad — Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur, Hitec City, Kokapet, Narsingi, Manikonda, Nallagandla, Miyapur, Bachupally, Nizampet and Kukatpally — with Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills served for business customers. Other localities are on a waitlist and open once enough households in a single society sign up.

Send us your society name and locality on WhatsApp, and we'll open a waitlist link for your community. Once around 25 households in the same society register interest, we add that gate to a morning route — usually within two weeks. Residents who help set it up get their first month at zero margin.

You pay by UPI on a payment link sent in the WhatsApp chat once you confirm your order. There's no card to store and no wallet to top up. Business accounts can be set up on weekly or fortnightly invoicing instead.

Yes — any order can be repeated on a schedule you choose, such as every Monday and Thursday. We send you a one-tap confirmation the evening before each scheduled delivery, so nothing is ever charged without you approving it, and you can skip, pause or edit a basket from the same chat.

Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 falls on Monday 14 September, with the Madhyahna puja window between 11:14 AM and 1:46 PM in Hyderabad, and nimajjanam on Friday 25 September. In Hyderabad the Madhyahna window is the one that matters for Ganesha — he is worshipped at midday rather than at sunrise, which is why a household ordering flowers and leaves for that morning needs them delivered early. Rozbasket delivers between 7–10 AM, so a basket ordered by 11:00 PM on 14 September's eve is at your gate well before the muhurat opens. The festival is known as వినాయక చవితి in Telugu and गणेश चतुर्थी in Hindi, and is also written Vinayaka Chavithi or Ganesh Chavithi.

Yes — Rozbasket delivers puja items to your gate by 7–10 AM, including belpatra (bel leaves), dhatura, cow dung cakes, nariyal, mango leaves (aam pata / mamidi aakulu) for the toran and kalash, betel leaves and betel nut (supari / vakka), banana leaves, marigold garlands, loose flowers, camphor, agarbatti, cotton wicks, kumkum and haldi, chandan (sandalwood / gandham), kalava and janeu (yagnopaveetam / jandhyam), pooja oil for the deepam, honey (shahad / tene) for the panchamrutham, gangajal and gau mootra (gomutra). The pooja oil is lamp oil, sold in a 450 ml bottle for the deepam: it is not edible and must not be used for cooking, and it is marked that way on every list it appears on. This is the category our buying model suits best: leaves and flowers are cut the same morning we deliver them, so nothing arrives wilted from three days on a shop shelf. Yes — Rozbasket delivers cold pressed mustard oil (kachi ghani) in a 1 L bottle at ₹450 and a 5 L tin, to your society gate by 7–10 AM. It is genuinely cold pressed, not refined: the seed is crushed slowly at low temperature so the pungency, the colour and the omega-3 survive, which is exactly what refining strips out. Order it the night before by 11:00 PM like anything else, or add it to a repeating monthly basket so you never run out mid-cooking.

Prices on this site are list prices for graded produce delivered to your gate, checked against the Hyderabad mandi rate and published Telangana retail averages, and they are re-checked as those move. We are not the cheapest source in the city and we do not claim to be — an ungraded pushcart at the corner is cheaper, and it should be. What you are paying for is stock picked at 4 AM the same morning, sorted and graded, carried to your gate with no delivery fee on a basket over ₹699, and replaced without argument if anything is below standard. Against quick commerce, where the same produce has usually sat in a dark store for one to three days, we are both fresher and lower priced.

Yes — Rozbasket delivers A2 desi cow milk in a 1 L bottle at ₹160, at your society gate between 7–10 AM, ordered the night before by 11:00 PM. It is single-source milk from desi breeds (Gir and Sahiwal), which carry the A2 beta-casein protein, and it is a different product from the packet toned and full cream milk we also stock — not a grade of it. The same milk is set into A2 paneer, sold in a 200 g pack. Because it arrives on the same morning route as everything else, there is no separate subscription and no delivery fee, and you can set it to repeat daily or on the days you choose.

Yes — Rozbasket delivers fresh jowar and bajra rotis to your society gate between 7–10 AM, at ₹150 for a pack of 10. They arrive rolled and part-cooked, so you finish them on your own tawa in about thirty to forty seconds a side — bas sekna hai. Order the night before by 11:00 PM. They are made in our own licensed kitchen the same night and are not stored anywhere in between, which is the only way fresh roti with no preservative can be sold at all.

The Diabetes-Friendly Basket is a week of ordinary groceries for two people, chosen for their composition: jowar and bajra rotis instead of refined flour, high-fibre vegetables like bitter gourd, methi, okra and cucumber, unsweetened curd, eggs and paneer, whole toor dal, almonds and flax seeds, and guava.
