For gated communities

Your whole society's groceries, in one morning delivery.

Residents order on WhatsApp the night before. Every order for your community is packed together and delivered to one drop point between 7–9 AM, sorted by block and flat number. Free for the society. No contract, no exclusivity, no equipment.

What we need from you

  1. 1

    Your society name and locality

One WhatsApp message is enough to start.

  2. 2

    ~25 interested households

We share a link you can post in the residents' group.

  3. 3

    An agreed drop point

Gate, clubhouse or lobby — whatever security prefers.

  4. 4

    A 7–9 AM entry window

One vehicle, one entry, same time every day.

Most societies go live within two weeks of reaching 25 households.

For the committee

What the association gets

  • Zero cost and zero commitment for the association

  • Reusable baskets collected next morning — no bag litter
  • A single named contact for the society, reachable on WhatsApp
  • Optional stand or poster at the gate, printed and installed by us

Delivery day

What 7 AM looks like at your gate

This is the part societies care about most, so here it is in detail.

One vehicle arrives

Same vehicle, same driver, same window every morning. Security logs one entry instead of managing a stream of individual riders through the day.

Baskets come out in block order

Orders are pre-sorted A block, B block, C block — then by flat number. Nothing is unpacked or searched for at the gate.

Residents get a message

Each household gets a WhatsApp ping the moment their basket is at the drop point, with the flat number it's labelled with.

Door delivery, if your society prefers it

The single drop point is what keeps our cost low, and that saving is in your price. Where a community's rules require door delivery, we do it — we'll just be honest with the committee that it costs more to run, and we'd rather discuss that openly than quietly price it in.

FAQs

What societies ask us

What time do I need to order by?

Order by 11:00 PM for delivery the next morning between 7–9 AM. Anything placed after the cut-off automatically moves to the following morning. We hold the cut-off firm because we buy at the mandi at 4 AM against confirmed orders only — that is what keeps wastage, and therefore prices, low.

Do I need to download the Rozbasket app?

No — there is no Rozbasket app to download. Rozbasket runs entirely on WhatsApp — scan the QR code at your society gate, or tap any "Order on WhatsApp" button on this site, and you're ordering in one message. You can send a list, a voice note, or just say "same as last Sunday." There is no app to install, no account to create and no password to remember.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value and no delivery fee on Rozbasket. A single litre of milk is a valid order. Batch delivery means one extra small order on an existing route costs us almost nothing, so charging you a delivery fee for it would be dishonest.

How do I get delivery started in my society?

Send us your society name and locality on WhatsApp, and we'll open a waitlist link for your community. Once around 25 households in the same society register interest, we add that gate to a morning route — usually within two weeks. Residents who help set it up get their first month at zero margin.

Where exactly is my order delivered?

Your order is delivered to a single agreed drop point at your society — usually the gate, clubhouse or lobby — between 7–9 AM. Orders arrive sorted by block and flat number in labelled reusable baskets, so collection takes seconds. Societies that prefer door delivery can opt in, and we do that where the community's rules allow it.

What happens to the baskets — is there plastic waste?

Orders travel in branded reusable baskets that we collect on the next morning's run, so there is no per-order plastic bag. Anything left unsold is either returned to the supplier under our buy-back arrangement or routed to a local partner rather than thrown away. Reducing wastage isn't a sustainability slogan for us — unsold perishables are our single largest avoidable cost.

Can I set up a repeating order?

Yes — any order can be repeated on a schedule you choose, such as every Monday and Thursday. We send you a one-tap confirmation the evening before each scheduled delivery, so nothing is ever charged without you approving it, and you can skip, pause or edit a basket from the same chat.

What if something is missing, damaged or not fresh?

Send a photo on WhatsApp and we refund or replace it on the next morning's delivery, no questions asked. Because we deliver to the same societies every single day, replacing an item costs us almost nothing — which is why we can afford a no-argument policy.
