There is no warehouse and no dark store in the chain — the crate goes from the mandi to the sorting hub to your society drop point the same morning. If anything arrives below standard, send a photo on WhatsApp and it is refunded or replaced on the next morning's delivery.

Order by 11:00 PM for delivery the next morning between 7–9 AM. Anything placed after the cut-off automatically moves to the following morning. We hold the cut-off firm because we buy at the mandi at 4 AM against confirmed orders only — that is what keeps wastage, and therefore prices, low.

Rozbasket currently runs morning routes across West Hyderabad — Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur, Hitec City, Kokapet, Narsingi, Manikonda, Nallagandla, Miyapur, Bachupally, Nizampet and Kukatpally — with Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills served for business customers. Other localities are on a waitlist and open once enough households in a single society sign up.
