Terms of service

1. Who we are

Rozbasket is operated by Rozbasket Commerce Pvt. Ltd., registered at Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500072, Telangana, India. Using our website or placing an order on WhatsApp means you accept these terms.

2. Orders and the cut-off

Orders are placed on WhatsApp or through this website and must be confirmed by 11:00 PM to be delivered the following morning. Orders confirmed after the cut-off roll to the next delivery day. An order becomes binding only once you confirm the itemised total we send back to you.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative and move with daily wholesale rates for fresh produce. The price that applies to your order is the one in the confirmation we send you before payment. Weight-based items may vary slightly from the stated pack size; we bill the stated pack size.

4. Substitutions

If an item is unavailable, we will tell you before delivery and either remove it and refund it, or offer a substitute for you to approve. We do not substitute without your consent.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the agreed drop point at your society between 7–9 AM. Where a society has agreed a single drop point, delivery is complete when your labelled basket is placed there. Orders uncollected by 11:00 AM may be moved to your society office; perishable items uncollected by that time cannot be refunded.

6. Baskets

Baskets remain our property and are collected on the following morning's run. Repeatedly unreturned or damaged baskets may be charged at cost.

7. Payment

Household orders are paid by UPI on the link sent in your chat. Business accounts may be invoiced weekly or fortnightly on agreed credit terms. Overdue business invoices may result in supply being paused.

8. Your responsibilities

• Give us an accurate society, block and flat number.
• Do not resell items bought on a household account.
• Do not use our WhatsApp channel for abuse or spam.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law in India.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
