What we collect
- Your name, WhatsApp number and delivery address (society, block, flat).
- Your order history and any delivery preferences you set.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, and forms you submit on this site.
- Basic, non-identifying analytics about how this website is used.
We do not store card details. UPI payments are handled by our payment provider, and we receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Why we use it
- To take, pack, price and deliver your order.
- To contact you about that order on WhatsApp.
- To forecast demand so we buy the right quantities each morning.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
Demand forecasting uses aggregated, society-level patterns. We do not need — and do not build — individual behavioural profiles for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the people needed to fulfil your order: our delivery team, our payment provider, and our accountants. We do not sell your number or your data to anyone, ever, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Everything else is deleted within 24 months of your last order, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and data.
- Reply STOP on WhatsApp to end non-order messages.

Security
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you directly rather than burying it in a notice.
